What Are Adult Wellbeing Sessions?

These sessions are created for women who want time in nature to slow down, reconnect and breathe a little deeper. Each experience blends gentle movement, mindful presence and simple, creative bushcraft in a relaxed, supportive space.

You might wander quietly among the trees, enjoy light yoga or breathwork, craft with natural materials, or share tea and conversation around the fire — all offered as gentle invitations so you can move, rest or participate at your own pace.
